1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access VRDADDY. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use does not violate any law in your location.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vrdaddy.com of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Memberships, tips & purchases
Membership is billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime from your Dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Tips and content unlocks are final and non-refundable. Disputed charges should first be raised with us before contacting your card issuer.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) post or solicit content involving anyone under 18; (b) impersonate another person or creator; (c) attempt to circumvent geo-restrictions or age gates; (d) scrape, reverse-engineer, or rebroadcast streams; (e) harass, threaten, or dox other users; (f) use the service for any illegal purpose.
Violations may result in immediate suspension, content removal, and referral to law enforcement.
5. Creator content
Creators own their content and grant VRDADDY a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, stream, and distribute it on the network. Fans receive only a personal, non-transferable right to view — recording, screenshotting, or redistributing creator content is prohibited.
6. AI personas
AI creators are labeled "AI" throughout the network. Conversations with AI personas may be logged and used to improve the model. AI personas are not human and any statements made should not be construed as personal advice.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VRDADDY's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Dispute resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS in Delaware, USA, except for small-claims actions and injunctive relief. Class actions are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
