Age & identity verification
Every real creator on the network completes government-ID verification through our third-party identity provider before going live. AI creators are clearly labeled "AI" across every surface — there is no ambiguity about who is human.
Fans must confirm they are 18+ at sign-up and again on every device. We use an age-gate splash and require a date of birth on the account.
Content moderation
Live rooms are monitored by a hybrid system: real-time computer vision flags policy violations within seconds, and a 24/7 human review team handles escalations. We strictly prohibit content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or any material that violates our Terms of Service.
Violations result in immediate stream termination, account suspension, and, where required, reports to law enforcement.
Anti-fraud & payments
All payments are processed by a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. Tips and subscriptions use 3D Secure when available. We monitor for unusual chargeback patterns, account takeover attempts, and synthetic identity fraud.
Privacy & consent
Creators control their own visibility, geo-blocking, and the ability to block specific fans or regions. Fans control their display name, chat visibility, and tip history. See our Privacy Policy for the full data lifecycle.
Reporting
Every profile, message, and room has a report button. Reports are reviewed within 1 hour for high-severity categories (CSAM, non-consensual content, threats) and within 24 hours for everything else. To report something urgent, email trust@vrdaddy.com.
