How do tips work?+
Tips are processed instantly and shown on the creator's stream. You can tip $1, $5, $20, or a custom amount. Tips are non-refundable once received by the creator.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your Dashboard → Membership. You'll keep access until the end of the billing period.
What's the difference between AI and real creators?+
AI creators are persona-driven, always-on, and respond in real time. Real creators stream live on a schedule. Both are clearly labeled across the network.
Is my payment information secure?+
Payments are processed through a PCI-compliant provider. We never store your full card number on our servers.
How do I report a creator or message?+
Every profile and chat has a report button. Reports go to our 24/7 trust & safety team.
